Pennypot Business is a demonstration news site. It shows what a Hindi and English newsroom can run on the Pulse template: a breaking ticker, live blogs, galleries, video stories and state pages.
Who we pretend to be
In this demo, Pennypot Business is a digital-first newsroom with desks for national affairs, the states, the world, the economy, sport, entertainment and technology. Our eight bylines, from national affairs editor Meera Kulkarni to the Pulse Desk, are fictional characters with fictional biographies.
What the demo is for
Publishers can use this site to try the reading experience on a phone, tablet and laptop, switch between Hindi and English, and see how pages look in light and dark mode before they choose a template.
